STURDY/ROBERTSON REAL ESTATE TEAM JOHN ROBERTSON John C. Robertson is a broker/REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors located in Winston-Salem, NC. John provides realty services in both residential and commercial real estate. He works with clients on both the listing end and on the buyer’s end of real estate transactions. John has sold property in most areas of the Piedmont Triad including Forsyth, Guilford, Stokes, Surry, Yadkin, Davie, and Davidson Counties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors John worked in North Carolina local government in Pilot Mountain as Town Manager, Winston-Salem with the Northwest Piedmont Council of Governments as a local government consultant and project manager, and at Catawba County in Personnel and Emergency Medical Services. John was educated in Ohio graduating from Bowling Green State University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. John then attended the University of Toledo where he received his Master’s in Business Administration. John was a member of the Ohio Air National Guard from 1982 to 1988 and then again from 1990 to 1993. He then joined the North Carolina Air National Guard from 1993 to 1997. John served his country first as a Pavement Maintenance Specialist, then Disaster Preparedness Specialist, and finally completing his military career as a Medical Services Technician. In 2007, John received the Sterling Society Award from Coldwell Banker for achieving sales volume in the top 11% among Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. John also received the Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors Rookie Achiever Award for outstanding sales in his first full year. He is a member of the King Rotary Club where he has served as President and is currently President-elect and will serve a second year as President in 2009-2010. John is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors. He also serves on the Northwest Piedmont Youth Services Board and has been Chairman of the Stokes County Youth Services Board. John continues to expand his knowledge of real estate through continuing education courses. He is designated as an Accredited Buyer’s Agent and is currently in process for his Graduate Realtors Institute designation. John also provides training for Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors agents in LISTINGBOOK®, an online Multiple Listing Service access program and communications tool. |
